Very thoughtful / did not waste time and there was not one person in the entire process I did not have a great experience with / first dealership that I felt all employees worked as a team - would absolutely buy another vehicle from NW Hyundai

We repeatedly didn't get word back on a window we ordered for my partner's car. Elantra windows were on backorder and we were told we would hear back. Apparently it came in in June 2023, but we never received notice about this, and according to the manager I spoke wjth, when they did inventory in November the part was not there. He claimed that must have meant someone picked it up, despite not having a log of this. When we finally realized the invoice was paid and never refunded many months later, they would not refund us for services never rendered, claiming that the part "must have been picked up by someone related to him, a friend or family member maybe (he has no one in the area). Thanks for taking $344 from us with nothing to show for it.

Process from booking for service until end was very smooth. Really liked that they share parts and service video for transparency.
