Dealing with paychex is an absolute nightmare. They will not pay you on time and instead they have non-stop excuses about personal reasons or other events. Avoid this company at all costs

My account should have been closed Nov 23, 2021 as I requested. Upon review of my business account I have been billed for the past 6 months. I called to get the issues resolved and was told they would make a request and a rep that had the ability to close my account and issue a refund would call me with in the next 2 days. Well this lady just called me at 7:45am to question me why I am closing the account (that shouldnt be open) and to inform me that I would need to speak with a specialist that I have never worked with that they assigned to a inactive account. When I start going off now I am the problem. And she disconnected the call so now we really have a issue

Can NEVER get someone to call me back or email me. Always get someone will contact you and for months never have!! Frustrating

I got talked into leaving my pay roll company after 10 years to join the biggest and greatest.  Sales rep fed me the line of gold, but never would come and meet in person.  They have also  lied to me from the get go. Will not answer my calls, or return them.  I have text  many times no text back.  I have been here since January 5 payrolls.  All 5 have had problems, they were the wrong pay, direct deposit did not go in till 4 days late, state deductions were wrong.  I have been assigned a payroll rep, who has since changed 3 times in 5 payrolls.  Still have to call in payroll to a strange person each period, supposedly my payroll processing agent is off on my payroll days.  Wow really.  The sales rep says we are a very small company and they can not spend time with us as other major companies are more important.  There is no customer service here,  very unprofessional and rude.  I have asked for a manager to contact us 6 times from 4 different people.  Always told within 2 hours we will be contacted.  Still no response.
