Horrible cleaning job!! Showed up late and will never use this company again!

I had been using this service for a little over 2 months. We were receiving weekly cleans. Everything was fine until I changed my service to have them coming every other week. The first time they were supposed to come clean after the change, they did not show. Thinking that maybe I messed up, I waited until they once again did not show the following week to reach out to them. They immediately responded and apologized and let me know that they could come that day. I said this was completely okay and didn't think anything of it. When I got home, I was in shock. My 2 year old french bulldog (who is crated during the day), was limping, covered in blood, and has since been terrified to go into her crate. There was blood droplets all over the room where her crate is located, the bottom of her crate was on top of her crate. On top of this, someone used the toilet and did not flush, dishes were not touched, the floor was not swept and trash not taken out. I reached out with pictures and asked if there was something that happened and was told they would reach out to me the following day, after speaking with the girls who cleaned. I never heard back. I followed up the next day, with no response, once again. I was asked to confirm my cleaning on Monday, to which I responded to cancel all further services. I also responded to the email to confirm asking them to cancel all services. What do I see this morning? They decided to ignore me and CHARGE ME for the service that I asked them to cancel. This wasn't a 24 cancelation. This was DAYS ahead of time. This is absolutely unacceptable. UPDATE: Thank you for your response. I have updated my review to also include the images and texts showing where I had attempted to contact you in regards to the incident as well as to cancel my service. The gentleman you spoke with is my husband. I have no missed calls or voicemails from your company in an attempt to reach me. While we were happy with the service we had received prior to changing our service schedule, incidents like this go against your statement that you go above and beyond or try to resolve any issues. Very professional, thorough cleans. The owner and cleaners go over and beyond when providing their service. I recommend Big City Maids.

I liked the way I can book online, then just come home and it's clean. I will hire them again.
