Me and my family stay at this hotel the other week and we immediately had to leave it was super nasty people smoking it was just crazy

I which I could give this hotel 0 stars. One I booked through expedia. Upon arrival the hotel elevator was filthy and had looked as if nobody had cleaned if in weeks my boyfriend stated. The hotel room was ok until he woke up to two roaches on the bed. This is a budget friendly hotel if you dont mind potentially taking home roaches in your luggage. On top of that he had to rush out to leave for a a meeting and couldnt wait to speak to a manager. When I called the number on the hotel it did not go through even after 3 times. I had to call expedia where they said they cant do anything unless the hotel issues a refund which the hotel Lied and said they wouldnt. I have picture evidence of all of the roaches in the room and how dirty the elevator was.
