Never experienced anything like this before. Landed at 1 am (called ahead to let them know if our late arrival) showed up and my room was given away due to “maintenance issue” which they never could tell me what was wrong. After 30 minutes if waiting for them to figure out they booked me in a room 15 minutes away. When I got to the next hotel the lady at the front desk didn’t know I was coming and was rude upon my arrival and their security guard threatened to kick me out of the hotel when I got upset for them not having my reservation. Could not believe what was happening and I am a gold bonvoy member. Stay away from this hotel!!

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it has been wonderful every time. The staff is gracious, professional and efficient all the way from the front desk to the housekeeping and kitchen. The rooms are not that modern and it's one of the things that adds to the ambiance. Once we stayed in a standard king room and the other in a presidential suite. Just fun, classy and quiet.

Avoid. Unfortunately after a long day, I have no fight in me. Front desk staff was very polite, however the rooms are outdated and dirty. The wall paper is peeling, furniture is broken or badly scraped and used. Also the hotel is legitimately right next to the free way...and it's LOUD Definitely will be contacting Sheraton about this stay. Go spend your money elsewhere...you're have a better room.
