Stayed here for a week. Cassandra at the front desk was awesome. Breakfast was OK. Oatmeal always watery, and no waffles. Cleaning staff was cool. They came super early but when I asked about that they made a second round which I appreciated. Computer access was good. The rooms were so dated buy they were clean. The TV was small and no vent in the bathroom. Also very noisy. Like there is zero soundproofing between the rooms. Would I stay here again? Maybe. If its a short stay i will upgrade but for a long business trip it will suffice for the coins I save

Marriott has always been a choice of quality for me. Sadly, last night I was let down by the company. I arrived in Houston at 11:30 at night. I called for a reservation, the phone rang for over 20 minutes before I hung up (no answer). I called back, was put on hold while a reservations agent located a hotel with a shuttle. The hold music ended after 13 minutes, five minutes after that call cut off. I called once more, only to find that yes, there are rooms available, but there is no shuttle service after 10 PM Or before 8 AM. So apparently customer service is only available between 8 AM and 10 PM most days. I am very disappointed. Again, I choose this hotel chain for the quality and the service I have previously received. It took me over one hour to make a reservation. It cost me $35 and another half hour to locate a rideshare, where a shuttle should have been provided. I am very disappointed in your slide from a top position in customer service. Oh yes, and the room door has 1/4-1/2" gap all the way around, allowing bright light in all night. I have slept in better rooms and had better sleep at lower rate motels.
