Worst clinic ever. If ur able to get someone to pick up the phone they put you on hold for over 10 minuets. I walked in for an appointment stood at the window for over 5 minutes while a receptionist sat there on her computer untill she was done. Not one word not one greeting not one smile. I hate this clinic

First I would like to say Dr. Garcia's office has great doctors. I've been going there for years and will continue to go. Doctors get a 5 star for sure. However I do have a major gripe about the way the office works in regards to communication with their patients. The staff seems unwilling to speak with the patients unless they have to actually say something. Even making a phone call seems to be an issue. I'm not sure why and maybe somebody over there can help me understand. For example. In August the prospect of booster shots for covid is announced, so I schedule my booster shot one month in advance. I call, and the answering service answers, and I tell them I would like to schedule my booster shot. A day later I get a call back and inform the staff which shots I have received in the past, and then I am scheduled. No problem. About a month passes, and I get an email suddenly with my appointment being changed. Nobody called me to ask if I could reschedule, or tell me I need to reschedule. I call in and am told that I was just rescheduled to another time since they started training. I asked why I wasn't called and didn't get a consistent answer. Just possible reasons. Fine, I reschedule for the following week. Next week comes and I arrive with all of my info, and I wait in the office for 20 - 30 minutes. I get called into the room to be told I can't get the booster shot yet. Fine. My gripe stems from the fact I could have been called at the very least and asked the same questions before going through the trouble of making time for my visit. This call could have happened for over a month! I hope somebody in the office reads this review and makes protocol changes with regards to the staff communicating with the patients.
