The playoffs were on Sunday afternoon, and the sound in the home theatre had gone out. Even though we were in the same area, the crew had no hesitation about coming over. It was quickly resolved. So competent and well-versed in the field. He's a great find, and we're fortunate to have him as one of our in-house experts.
