Another Lowes store significantly understaffed with employees standing around all over the place and no one wanting to help. If you need a manager to approve any discounted item such as bulk lumber or anything like that you will wait an hour or more. If you're a professional I highly recommend just driving further to a home Depot or paying more at a smaller local hardware store because you will make the money back in more time spent on the job. Lowes you're losing so much business in not hiring more people or not paying your good people. Home Depot is far superior in customer service and quality overall.

Productos de muy buena calidad lástima que el empleado que me tocó no estaba muy bien informado de los especiales qué tienen en pintura valtex y me hizo perder el tiempo cuando le pregunté hacerca de el especial en rebate de la pintura como conseguirlo y ya con la pintura hecha lo tuve que regresar

I absolutely love going to this store. Edgar, the Asst. Manager was great. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He was able to point us in the right direction. We found some area rugs marked 70% off, Edgar was still there to help us with making our decision.
