This company has the worst customer service of any I have ever dealt with. When you try to call you wait on the line for a minimum of 25-30 minutes of more, EVERY time you call!! Even then they are not capable of providing you with the information that you need in order to meet your request. My doctor and I have been trying to work with them for almost 2 months to try to get my sleep machine, and I still have not received it!!

Called and called and no one ever answered. Texted Safeway Medical Supplies and they responded immediately. If your time is valuable and you need medical equipment for a loved one, don't waste it on this place.

I think highly of this company they do good business and are very respectful however the billing process is terrible

Irresponsible and lazy billing people. Then they keep calling to collect money when the issue is simply resubmitting the claim with a referral. I had to go get the referral from the pulmonologist, but when I called Apria they refused to resubmit the claim, saying its not their job . They sent the bill to debt collector and threaten to not ship anymore supply to my dad who is the patient. Oh well, guess what, my dad has dementia and is retired , where does he find money to pay debt collector. The one simple thing to do is to resubmit the claim with a referral so they can get reimbursement from the insurance, but I guess Apria does not care for that reimbursement, rather then hiring someone to harass my phone everyday . There are many medical supply companies out there that my dad can go with. Yet, when I told Apria its ok, they dont have to send my dad any more supply because my dad is going with another company, the representative rudely answered ok and hung up. Guess they dont want any customer .
