I love this place. Dr. Nicole Nguyen is personable and she truly care about me.  She takes her time and listens to my concerns, she always asks great questions. I would fly to another state to see her. She is super fabulous.

Dr Nicole is fantastic.... She used to be my GP, then due to a bad experience with the reception, i decided to switch to another GP. when my other GP moved, I decided to go and give them another try. the whole experience have changed positively.

I enjoyed this facility for almost 10 years. Well my provider changed with fair warning. In December Alief decided to switch to Memorial Hermann no problem. Here is the problem I go see Ms. Sharon every 6 months so my next visit would have been January 10th. When I learned we were moving I called and tried to get an appointment so I won't run out of meds. To no advil no one called me back, texted, nothing! I let the answering machine know what I needed and left a message with Ms. Sharon's nurse...just silence. I thought this was pretty low to treat a patient this way after 10 plus years of loyal service. Yes, I ran out of my meds...I have an appointment on the 20th with MH. Pamela Bah

Service was overall decent for my first 2 appointments. I then called on Friday and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday at 8:20am Come Monday morning, I get a call from them at 8:10am saying theyre no longer contracted with my policy type but I can come pay cash $90 for a walk in, nice.

I barely write review but I was disappointed with this office. I came there for my medical record 10 days ago, I did pay for my paperwork to add on my file. They told me it took 7 days to complete, actually the lady in the front told me 3 or 4 days because I'm in rush. They did take my blood and all the stuff, doctor told me missing Tdap vaccination which could be done over there ( add on $50). I was okay with that and asked if I missed any thing else so that I would come to the pharmacy to get it done. Doctor said just Tdap. A week later on, they called me and said I missed MMR vaccination ( I don't know why they told me in the last minutes like that), and yes, I could get that vaccine and had to pay for. Of course, not, I came to Kroger and got that vaccine with no charge( I have Insurance) and sent vaccination form back to them. Then I called and asked for my result, they said it's not ready yet. Like I mentioned to them so many times, I need the record before my interview appointment, but they don't care. I kept promised like they would let Dr. Nguyen know about my situation, but I got nothing. If they told me soon, Dr. Nguyen's only in office on Monday and Thursday, so  I will not make appointment with them. Consider when going there. Disappointed
