Management & Office Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Nurses, Therapists and the rest of the Clinical Staff are caring, effective and respectful. They explain conditions, treatments and care plans thoroughly. Highly recommended!

Clinicians strictly observe infection control measures. They are kind, professional, and explain care thoroughly. They are always reresponsive and will do whatever it take to deliver quality services.

Only been with them for a month, and it has been a total pain working with the office. Was initally told we'd not have all those re-evals and re-certs, BS. Now they are hardlining saying they have to perform them on a MONTHLY basis,. Come on, he's 88 years old, had a stroke and has congnitive deficits requiring CONSISTENCY. I've had to call almost daily about something - no therapist showing up, therapist saying they aren't coming because someone else came the day before...the person who came was for PT - what happened to OT? If they can't get this straightened out in the next day or two, they will be cut loose. No one needs this kind of frustation and stress on a DAILY BASIS!
