Unless you want a home that leaks with eventual mold, do not buy a Cityside Home. I purchased a Cityside home and reported doors leaking within the first 3 months. It look numerous emails, calls, and photos of fungi growing inside my home for Cityside to take action, and it was 3 years before a resolution was reached. In addition, they hired day workers who stole from my house. It appears that everyone in my community has encountered some sort of construction issue with Cityside and Cityside has never been responsive and receptive to any submitted warranty issues. Save yourself time and heartache and purchase a home from a reputable builder.
