        Purchased our home a year ago, and we are very happy with it so far. There have been some issues that have come up along the way, but they have been taken care of at the 1 year home inspection. The neighborhood is nice, and it is in a good school district which was important to us. The streets are a little more narrow than I would like, and the garages are VERY small (basically only 1 large vehicle or two smaller ones), so most people have to park in their driveway, but the houses are good quality and very energy efficient. Out of the 3 new neighborhoods that are being built (other 2 are across the street), Retreat at Champions Landing is the best, most high quality one. Services: Flooring, Install water fixtures, Install drywall, Paint indoors, Paint outdoors, Garages, Landscaping, Design, General repairs & maintenance, Install flooring, Project management, Waterproofing
