I have been attending Dr Stuart White nutrition seminars for 5 yrs and learned so much about nutrition to apply in my chiropractic office. I have a degree in nutrition but have learned far more practical/ functional nutrition from Dr White. This Dr really gets nutrition like I have never seen in my 23 years of seminars. Although I am myself very advanced with educating and guiding my own pts with nutrition, I have been using him as my own personal nutritionist for over a year and the results are life changing/ transforming. My father has been w dr white for 6 months and his heart issues have resolved (heart a-fib) .  My mother started today. You can't get better than Dr White! Let me also add that the person who left him a bad review about selling his dad a bunch of vitamins he could not find on Amazon,  just doesn't get nutrition yet.  It is too bad. Amazon is great for a lot of things but not nutritional supplements. Costco, Walmart and the grocery store are also horrible places to find quality supplements. The longer the person has been starving their body of good food and stressing it out, the more supplements they will need and for longer periods of time. If you think eating organic foods or quality supplementation is expensive, you should price out cancer! Thank you Dr White!!!

3 years ago i caught the flu, twice. i was sick for months and just could not shake feeling awful. i had horrible food and environmental allergies, my digestion and lungs were in constant distress, and no matter how i tried, i just could not seem to regain my radiant good health. then a friend referred me to whole health associates because they had helped her regain her health, and thought, "geez, i have nothing to lose!"i am a very disciplined person, so i followed dr. d's instructions to a t.... no wheat, no soy, no canola oil, no corn, no dairy, no peanut butter. take individually tailored supplements 3 x day along with lots of water, fresh fruits and vegetables, eat organic as much as possible, reduced caffeine intake, increase physical exercise, more sleep and reduce stress. it was tough at first but soon became second nature and within 60 days, i was a new woman! i cannot recommend these folks highly enough. it has literally been 3 years since I've had any kind of distress or illness, including even a common cold!i am so SO grateful i found whole health associates and wish everyone i cared about would get started with this healing, restorative program.
