Very disappointing experience (and I try not to write negative reviews). My first order with ProSource, I purchased and paid in full for two Caesarstone slabs. I received notice that my slabs needed to picked up immediately, but when my contractor arrived at the Caesarstone yard, he was told he could not pick up because ProSource had an unpaid bill at Caesarstone (completely unrelated to my order) and my material would be withheld until their outstanding invoices were paid. ProSource then advised that my contractor would need to come back another day while they figured out the issue internally. He went back twice only to be told the exact same thing (each attempted pickup I incurred a $100 fee). After the contractor was finally able to pickup the material on the third try, and a lengthy back and forth with ProSource, they initially offered to reimburse me $300. Since then, according to the store manager, the owner of the company does not want to reimburse me and "the issue is out of his hands, nothing he can do." The products sold at Prosource are widely available at other vendors. Take your business somewhere with better customer service, they lost my business over $300.
