My experience working with Kelly, co-owner of Preparetolist.com, was amazing! Kelly was super friendly, responsive, and coordinated everything I needed to get my house ready for market. I needed landscaping work, handyman work, move out cleaning, and power washing and Kelly was a one stop shop for all of these needs. Truly a life saver for me during the moving process! They installed 4 six foot fence boards. Worked to figure out a gutter problem, which showed this last weekend with the heavy rain a great improvement in the drainage. Very considerate people to wor with. I highly recommend them.

I was needing to get some dirt cleaned off of my stucco before leaving town. I wasnt tall enough to reach it. I called late in the day, knowing it was a long shot to get same day service, but I figured I would ask. Sure enough, they could get me in at the end of the day and I was never more relieved! The price was fair, the job was quick, and Daniel was on his way. Very professional, polite and he got the job done. As an added bonus, they took my credit card through a nifty payment portal so I didnt have to scramble for cash. Going to remember them for future work!
