This was my 2nd time at this shop. The first time there was a lady named Alex that did my hair and she did an excellent job. I asked for her and was told she wasnt there but someone else could do what I wanted and to wait someone was on the way. I wait and a lady shows up. I sit in her chair and I tell her what I want. All of a sudden she asks me to sit in another chair and proceeds to start working on another customer that came in after me. After waiting for about 40 minutes the owner shows up and asks what I want. I tell her what I want and specifically say I dont want long braids and told her what size. She says ok but gives me small super long braids. The owner is rude and they dont give you what you ask for. When you say what you want the owner tells you that it wont look good unless its long so they can charge more money. I was so disappointed and will never step foot in there again. I only went back this 2nd time because I wanted Alex to do my hair again. I should have left when they told me she was no longer there.
