1 week hair is tangle and nasty, momi owner dismissed my problem with my hair, hair is to short refused to make it even she doesnâ€™t know what she is doing then donâ€™t braid!! My Hair came out because I EXPLAINED IT WAS TIGHT!!! She said it was not how the hell you are going to tell me my hair is not tight when I feel it! Lose of hair, bumps on the back of my neck due to tightness. I address this issue and she was very unprofessional and robbed me out of 180.00 instead of fixing it! So sad! Iâ€™m reporting this to BBB I paid to much money for this Service: Box braids
