        I booked my appt online two days before. Got the email that it was booked. Then a couple hrs before my appt, I called the number 3 times. No answer. I texted and finally after an hour, the lady from the salon answered and said, "Sorry I can't make it. Salon is closed." Thats all she said. No customer service. Okay, so that's very unprofessional. My appt was at 6p, and online it says they close at 9p. Not reliable.
