I had these gutters installed 20 years ago and they have been worth every penny! I had one gutter downspout come loose recently and LeafGuard came out in a timely manner and reattached it. Good as new and under their warranty. Thank you, LeafGuard!

A woman came out today to give us a quote when I advised her we wanted to get other estimates she got very defensive and very rude, advising me she drove all the way out here to give us a estimate. I advised her if I felt their price and quality was something we could afford we would call her, her reply was "no you wont!" And that's after her accusing me of not trusting her, and she can't understand after all she explained why wouldn't I sign the contract. It was the worst experience

I scheduled an appt with LeafGuard (LG) for an estimate on replacing my rain gutters and was told the appointment would last 90 minutes. The gift for allowing LG to come to my home was to be an Amazon gift card. Turns out the appointment actually lasted 3 hours and would have gone longer if I had been willing to sign up at the conclusion of the presentation. That was when the pricing and payment negotiation would have started. I never got an estimate, however, since I was not ready to move forward with purchasing LG that day. And when I expressed my frustration for making an Appt for an estimate, but not receiving one, I was reminded that my compensation was an Amazon gift card. It turns out the Amazon gift card was actually a paper form that I have to fill out and mail to New Jersey. It’s interesting to me that ... 1) At the beginning of the presentation, I mentioned I had other estimates scheduled for the coming week, and was still given the presentation. The other appts didn’t matter until the end of the presentation almost 3 hours later. 2) While I wasn’t given an estimate for LG gutters, the representative was able to provide estimates for other open gutter and debris filtering systems (some estimates over $15K). And, I was expected to believe their cost estimates without any proof. 3) The estimate for LeafGuard, if I had been given one, is only good for the day the estimate is provided. 4) LG is not comfortable with allowing the customer to do their own cost/benefit analysis. 5) The representative wanted to earn my trust and business, but failed miserably since I was not given an estimate and allowed to do my own analysis. 6) After sitting through 3+ hours of a presentation, LG can’t give the potential customer an actual plastic gift card. It’s very poor customer service. In the end, the whole experience was frustrating and felt like LG had something to hide.

I would not recommend working with this local branch. I spoke to Carla Martinez several times regarding "flushing" my gutters after a new roof was installed. She said it would be no problem and to call Leafguard when the new roof was installed. No pricing was ever discussed. When the technician showed up, he told me he was only there for a clog and was not aware of the order to flush the gutters. We discussed it as it most likely being a technical error. He called Carla and handed me the phone to talk to her and she said she never discussed flushing the gutters. She was very rude so I asked to talk to her manager Chris Jackson. When I spoke to Chris Jackson he was also rude and condescending. I asked Chris if he knew the number for someone in corporate I could call and he said he did not have the number. "it was on Google". Hopefully they can improve their customer service.
