Logotale did not follow the requested design based on the client questionnaire. They were told no marijuana leaves and logos with marijuana were presented. It was requested to use magnolia flowers and they used lotus flowers. The logos were lackluster and they even spelled the company name wron! Several times via, email, text and chats it was requested the work stop and money be refunded with 3 or 4 different logotale people. 4+ months later still no refund! Their website and ads feature poor grammar and they claim to have a complete refund option. You will be sorry if you engage in business with them. They take down negative reviews when they can or give lengthy rebuttals. I have been contacted by others who have had the same experiences as me but apparently they have been intimated to not share their experiences. I am more than happy to back up my reviews with lots of documentation (texts, emails, pictures, their ads, etc)
