Scam! Every since I gave them my info my phone and email has been blowing up with text and calls. The guy that answered the phone Patrick is a dirty salesman. I hope people read the reviews because there is nothing more than I hate then shady people.

Do not trust any offers or information provided by Nationwide Coin. They charged my aunt 4x the value of the gold coins purchased by her, taking advantage of her advanced age and lack of knowledge. The coins have doubled in value since she purchased them, but they wont buy them back at anything close to the same price she paid. They ask for lots of information from you, but then stop communicating. The only way to describe their behavior is fraudulent. Stay away.

Put my order in for the $50 Gold American Eagle at the Great low price as offered. Received a call from Ed Bareng and he was very great to deal with and no pressure to buy something else which I like. He did tell me about another coin and I told him I wasn't interested at this time and no additional pressure which other dealers like to do. I did receive my coin earlier than expected and I am very pleased with Ed and Nationwide. I will be dealing with them in the future.

Called to order a 1 ounce gold eagle at spot price. The salesman I spoke to (Eli) convinced me to instead purchase a numismatic eagle coin at a slightly higher price. When I received the coin, it was only 1/4 ounce coin. During our call Eli made no mention of the difference in weight. So, he effectively bait and switched me out of about $1,500. I urge everyone to order from more reputable dealers, there are plenty out there. Also, check out the BBB complaints before doing business with them. They seem to prey on folks who prefer to do business over the phone.

Received a promotional offer from Nationwide Coin & Bullion Reserve to buy gold coin at cost that I thought of taking advantage of. So I picked up the phone 11/10/2021 and spoke with Patrick. In turn, Patrick offered me a $25K gold coin portfolio that I asked him to email me the particulars so I could refer it to my financial adviser. He proposed to include it in the portfolio but I said no, I want to place the order now for the promotional gold coin, and treat the portfolio separately. Patrick then proceeded to get my credit card details for the promotional gold coin at $1,850, and accordingly I received via email the gold portfolio details consisting of several coins. Upon checking the price of each gold coin, all without exception are priced considerably higher than the marketplace. As I have not received anything from Patrick after order placement on 11/10 for promotional gold coin, I picked up the phone to find out whats happening and the first guy who answered the phone said that Patrick was on the phone and surely would call me back thereafter. A couple of hours later, I called again and this time Jeff told me Patrick is on the phone and should return my call, but when I told him that was the same answer I received on my first call a couple of hours ago, Jeff identified himself as one of the managers and assured me that Patrick would return the call. Patrick finally called back half an hour later. I asked what happened to my order. He said my order was canceled because he found out that I took advantage of this offer before that honestly I dont know remember. So if thats the case, why did Nationwide Coin sent me the offer? He said he didnt send the offer. So I told him bluntly this is a clear case of bait-and-switch scheme, and proceeded to terminate the call.
