        the unprofessionalism that this company exudes is astounding. they need to understand that just because other people refuse to pay debts doesn't mean everyone does, and when Mr Cook the condescending, threatening, snide jerk call to apparently be himself the manager of the location sees fit to only defend the horrendously unprofessional demeanor his employees take and just defends them it is aggravating and laughable. I hope that Company such as Kroger that use this poor excuse for a collector can understand how their business is being handled and eliminate the company from doing this
