I have used this company twice before and was well pleased. Based on that experience, 2 months ago I gave them a chair of mine to be repaired. Now I cannot get them to response to texts,phone calls, or emails. I am not sure they are still in business and they still have my chair. The Vetran's Memorial location is no longer Elite Furniture Restoration. Seems the owners have skipped town and no sign of mine or several other customers furniture

I cannot say enough good things about Elite Furniture Restoration! The customer service was exceptional, and the communication was second to none. i had tried to re-finish a table myself and quickly realized I need the help of professionals. They quickly took my table, texted me throughout the whole process, and it's absolutely stunning and a proud piece in my new home. They were competitive on pricing and I will always take anything in need of help to them. I showed them a picture of what I wanted on Pinterest and they absolutely delivered. Couldn't ask for more! :)
