They did a lovely job preserving my daughters wedding bouquet. They designed a gorgeous shadow box with her wedding invitation, wax seal, bouquet and grooms boutonnière. It does take them quite a while. Ours took 8 months for them to dry the flowers, design the placement and reassemble the bouquet to fit the box. It was worth it. I’m giving them a four star for a bit of a longer wait than expected and it is extremely pricey. Our box with all the labor and supplies was around $700

On Feb 8th, 2020, my father bought my mother the last pink roses he ever would. He sadly passed away on Feb 10th. After calling and explaining how much these flowers meant, I took 3 pink fresh roses to florage, expecting them to be preserved for my mother. 5 months later, I was told they were ready. I showed up and the center was literally molded and the color was sickly. The lady apologized and insisted they could be fixed. 1) they shouldn’t have to be fixed! 2) how can you take stale flower petals and reinvigorate them? More time passed and today I came to pick them up. Now, they cut the long stems, which was never supposed to have happened and the color is white with pink tips. THEY’RE NOT EVEN THE SAME ROSES! I showed the woman at the counter, who took the photo (which had been taken in the lobby at florage, which can be seen in the background) and the pathetic excuse for “my” flowers to a woman in the back. The Owner or manager looked up at me and shook her head. She couldn’t even be bothered to come apologize or offer ANY explanation. They refuse to admit their egregious mistake or offer any refund. This was not something they had the luxury to mess up, yet that’s what happened and still I was met with more contempt as though I, the client is the inconvenience. Do NOT bring your priceless flowers here to be “preserved”

If could give negative stars about this place I would. Being limited to having to give them at least one, i have reluctantly given them one star What can I say about this establishment on their drying of flowers. I had looked for places to have wedding flowers dried and preserved within a frame and this place said they could do it at a reasonable price. They were so helpful and described an excellent product. This place is a great example of someone saying anything to get the sale but true customer service is delivering on your promises and they DID NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO MAKING IT NICE Instead of 12 weeks, it took Eight months to get this from them. If I had not followed up on a monthly or biweekly call towards the end, they probably would have never even delivered. In fact, they never even called about the status and I can only shudder at the thought of me not calling them to check on the flowers. When I finally got them to say the items would be done on certain day, they still needed the whole day to finish it!!!! To say I was disappointed with the shoddy and unprofessional work which pretty much ruined the flowers is an understatement I would encourage anyone who is looking to have their flowers freeze dried or dried to look elsewhere because this place has ruined my memory of the wedding. After selling me a great expectation at the beginning, it as become a long term and life long disaster.

If I could sum up my experience in one word it would be unprofessional. They market themselves as a business that is committed to making your precious memories last forever and in reality they lie. The work they do is poor to say the least. When we dropped them off they said it would be months at best to get the flowers back “if the equipment cooperated”. The flowers would have looked better if I dried them myself and I the worst part is I didn’t even get my flowers back, just some random other flowers that were not the same color. And they offer no explanation or apology. They saddest thing is they do not care. The poor desk person gets no support from the owner or other management to correct the matter. I don’t understand why anyone would be in business to try to preserve important moments if they are too bothered to do it the correct way. They will literally take your money and give you heartache in return. We will never have they flowers back to remember the priceless moments but instead heartache that we did not do it ourselves and have some sort of memory to live on. Please do yourself a favor and find another establishment. Do not chance it on this place. It’s not worth losing the important memories.
