Bought flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's day. They were delivered on time, but the flowers were sparse. It seemed like one or two of each type was missing and filled in with the green. I also had specifically chosen a red vase. It asked me on the website if it was ok for a substitution and I put no, but they did it anyways. Only got about half of what I paid for, won't be back!
