We ordered flower for our daughter's birthday. The flowers were not delivered and their only reply was to refund. A missed birthday!
That is very poor customer service.
In addition the telephone has long hold time. This should be a hint to shop some place else!

This failed to deliver flowers for a special occasion and blamed it on a supply truck. When you have a flower business you find a way to get flowers delivered regardless where you get them from.

Savanna Grey & the JTE team were wonderful to work with ! Savanna turned the Astorian into the wedding of our dreams & I could not be more thankful! All of the dcor & flowers were amazing & they made everything so easy! Thank you Savanna & JTE!
