Found out the morning of that our Aunt was out of town and they assured us the beautiful bouqet - which they had sent a picture of and exactly matched the photo - would be rescheduled!!
Will definitely use again!!
The national chain we have used before delivered low quality product that looked nothing like the picture and we decided to only buy local and family owned from here on out - Breens has definitely earned its stellar reviews!

Purchased flower arrangement/delivery from across the country and couldnt believe the level of customer service that went in to this order. They called me right away to make sure they understood the delivery instructions correctly (which I appreciate 100%) and they fulfilled my order first thing the following morning. I was shocked that they sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered- that was amazing. It was gorgeous and well worth the $ spent. The recipient was very happy with the arrangement and also commented on how nicely it was put together. All around great experience, if I had more friends in Houston Id use Breens all the time, haha. Very impressed! Thank you!

I had a last-minute urgent request for my client that had a conference downtown. Carol provided, supremely exceptional service with taking my order, relaying the very highly specific needs to the floral designer, and getting out the door for an express delivery within two hours of me placing the order. I cannot recommend this establishment enough for all of your floral needs in Houston!
