I recently had the pleasure of working with Floor Coverings International for a comprehensive update of my homes flooring in the main communal areashallways, living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, and one half bath. Reinel was instrumental in helping me select the perfect high-quality vinyl flooring, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Oscar, my project manager, ensured that everything ran smoothly and efficiently, overseeing a team that executed their tasks with meticulous care. Despite the inherently messy job of removing old tile and hardwood, their professionalism was evident in ensuring the concrete was perfectly level before installing the new flooring. The teams attention to detail didnt end there. A second crew installed shoe molding and touched up the paint, ensuring everything was perfect. Furthermore, Reinel and Oscar coordinated a cleaning crew that tackled the dust and debris from walls, ceiling, and light fixtures, while the plumbers flawlessly reassembled the sink and toilet.
