I dealt with the owner. Told me his car was stolen and taken to Mexico while buying my car! Later, left my friend cell phone in the car I sold. Came back few month later to take it he told it was stolen from his store! Filed a police report. You the judge!

Let's get some things straight.. The owner of the business doesn't drink, and hasn't for over four years. Please provide evidence to backup your claims. Also I'm sorry that your substance abuse is something you willingly post about on a google review. I wouldn't leave a review on a place unless they did business with me and/or provided a service. As far as "price matching" and "scaring you". I have met the owner, and this is a business and not a daycare. I'm sorry if he may have hurt your feelings or didn't budge on pricing. But immaturely posting a bad review on Google shows real character. This place does a great job on its projects, has a quick turn around time, and is great with customer service. Invoices have great detail on what they provide in the job.
