Dust Free Tile Removal - Ground Zero Floors

The guys came on time and were done quicker than expected. They did a great job and as advertised, no dust. They were courteous and very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Had a tile removal job scheduled with this company for over a month. Set up for a Thursday/Friday. I was called by Michelle and asked to push it to Friday/Saturday. I explained that it could not be past those days as I have my new flooring going in on Monday. Spoke with Michelle via text on Thursday and asked her what time the crew would be at my house the next morning and was told between 8-10am. I even told her we were moving our furniture out getting ready. Friday morning.. 10am and no one showed up and I had to make calls to figure out why. Michelle not responding. Finally got ahold of Sean (owner) who said he would try to figure out what was going on. I FINALLY get a call from the crew lead and told the trailer hitch broke and it had to be towed to get repaired and it would be a couple of hours before they could arrive. I was then told at 12:30 the hitch is still being fixed. I was told at 1:30, almost done then heading your way. I was told at 2:30 trailer is fixed and in the office doing paperwork. I was told at 3:00 heading your way from Spring. I was told at 4pm on the way from Tomball...this went on all day until I finally gave up and at this point did not want this company at my house. I'm assuming what was really going on is they were at another job! We moved ALL of our furniture and large appliances out the night before, including our toilet and vanity and gave my dog her anti anxiety meds in anticipation of this company showing up. My husband lost a day of work to be at the house and I had to reschedule our flooring install since my tile didn't get removed on time! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Ground Zero did a great job getting our tile removed in three rooms. I expected a hazy look in the area at completion but the air was clear of any airborne dust and silica. Crew was very friendly, on time, explained the process and the cost was reasonable. Even if you can find a lower price, I’d recommend you use Ground Zero to keep all that superfine silica powder out of your respiratory system and off your house/furnishings.

Ground Zero Floors did a great job removing our tile. There was no mess left behind and no dust during or after the project. What I loved most was that the concrete was left smooth and ready for a new floor to go down. This crew was professional and I would recommend them.

I had a great experience with Ground Zero Floors. They removed my tile in master bath and did a great job. They were prompt and on time as promised and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with their service. Both men were very professional and kept my house as dust free and clean as possible. Jenny the supervisor was there to oversee that the job came along according to plan.i certainly feel I got good value for what I paid to get this job done. I highly recommend Ground Zero Floors !!
