Legacy Reconstruction

I had a fire at my house back in December 17, 2020. At this time I was approached by Legacy reconstruction. I had quite a bit of damage done to the house, I was devastated and with the loss as you can imagine. Their project managers Paul and Andrew, took control of this project and did it to my satisfaction. A year later I moved back in the house and I love it. We suffered a fire loss in our home in Humble, TX November of 2020. Being an Insurance Agent myself, I thought I was prepared for a situation like this as I walk my customers through claims all the time. It is completely different when you are going through it yourself and you see all your hard work literally go up in flames! Your mind goes blank and everything about the claim is overwhelming. The day of the fire we were approached by many restoration companies. All were very pushy and wanted us to sign right there and then but NOT Legacy from the beginning I could tell they cared for me as a person. After meeting Ed and Ronnie, we knew Legacy was our company! Ed just has a passion for his work. Ed made himself available to assist us at any time as sometimes we had to call after hours. The entire Legacy team is amazing from Jose who put together my kitchen design to Victoria who helped pick our selections and Paul who made sure the job was completed to our standards. In life, every once in awhile you have an experience with a company that transcends the quality and excellence of everyone in and out of the industry they are in. That is the experience I had with Legacy Reconstruction when I went through a house fire. The day began with a line of companies that started approaching me before the firemen were done (I mean this literally). They all had their brochures in hand and a ready spiel to tell me why I should sign with them, even though I was still in a surreal trance from the whole catastrophe. I was polite, but standing outside my house half dressed and in slippers, this was rather resentful. But not Legacy. They too approached me after things settled down, but they were earnestly only interested that I was ok and that I did not make any foolish decisions until my head cleared. But that was not all. Over the next several weeks, they provided me sound information that helped me with decisions when working with the insurance company. This help and care saved me well over $10K in needless expenses that I would have endured from being unfamiliar with the whole process. Additionally, they help me understand costs and options with the reconstruction beyond any other company. They are more than a vendor. They are more than a consultant and friend. They are the only one in town to work with. And they helped me learn what The Very Best really means. I am sorry I am limited to 5 stars. Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair
