Jack in the Box

Place was empty, still took 3 minutes for somebody to take my order. 10 minutes later I had ask about my order status. Staff was all talking back there. They didn't have mayonnaise I was told when I asked.

Worse jack In the box. The grease must be really dark and old, because everytime I get jalapeo poppers, they come out super dark, I returned one today and the second one came out just as bad. I need to stop eating this fast food garbage.

Drive thru is horrible. The little boy was just cursing through the mic, then told me theres only burgers and fries. So i had to rethink my order and the little boy said You want to order or not when i told him wait he said told me theyre close for 15 minutes. Lol definitely about to get fired cause LOL RUDE !

Im here at this jack in the box right now, and they are saying that they are not taking orders right now at 2:50 when this location is suppose to be open 24 hours. The girl working the drive through now states this is her first day and do not know how long it will take them to clean the grill to take orders again. As I look through the window i see trash on the floor and there does not seem to be any cleaning going on at all. They seem to be hiding to make it seem as if the location is close. Now i cant even get a drink. This timer is now at 10 mins of waiting at the window.

On March 18, 2022 around 2:50am these two female employees refussed me service for no reason other than discrimination. I just bought a house in this area and this was my first time ever coming to this jack in the box. When i pulled up the girl told me that they were not taking any more orders due to them cleaning i asked them how long would it take and they refused to give me an answer, but at 3:06am you can see they served another customer that was behind me as i drove back around through the drive through. I have a video of the action and will be taking this to corporate. I set at the window for 10 plus mins waiting for them as they ignored me the i drove back around and they ignored me again and told me that the corporate information is online. So now I will be reporting this matter all the way up to corporate.
