Jack in the Box

I visited Jack in the box on Shepherd at Washington Ave. I was the only customer at the restaurant today Sept. 29th, 2019. They took my order and asked me to park at the front door and they would bring out my food. I pulled to the front and waited 10 minutes. I ended up going inside to get my food and the workers were just laughing like there was anybody there. When I finally got my food the tacos were old and the fries were cold also. I spent $16.00 on a cold meal when I was expecting a hot meal I paid for. As far as I am concerned they may as well shut the place down. I Will Not be going back. I can understand if they are busy but their food and service has become standard.

My g/f asked for just meat and a bun. So after waiting 20 minutes with nobody else in line not only my g/f's sandwich but my Jumbo Jack only had only meat and a bun. We repeated the order multiple times. All the employees were just joking around and not really caring. The Jumbo Jack was horrible. At least I now know what the thing they call meat looks like. Won't be eating at Jack in the Box again. Scary.

Good hot food the spicy chicken tenders were amazing. The food was fresh and service was good totally worth the wait.

The road needs work. Seems like a runs down place. Didnt have ingredients to make our food. The guy at the window looked like he didnt work there. Found hair on the food. Didnt bother going back. Theres better places to go. Avoid this place.
