Sonic Drive-In

I never write bad reviews because I work in the service industry as well and empathize. However, the person working the drive through just now at 7:50 pm at 5/22/22 was mean for no reason. Even if they didn't have a good day, we didn't give him anything to be nasty to us about. He yelled at us because we asked for a second to get our order to him and then yelled at us because they were out of the specific flavor slushie. (It's fine that they were out, but he didn't have to yell at us)

Came at 10:30 (an hour before closing) to find an employee just standing there at the drive through section but not taking any orders. Came back 15 minutes later figuring maybe she's having a hard day and needed some time... still not taking orders.

Truly and stunningly abysmal. Waited for over 10 minutes (plus another 15 in the line) at the window and we were never acknowledged even though we could see people moving inside. You're better off driving to Austin and ordering from a sonic there. You'd get better service and your order faster.

Must only require half a brain to work here, literally waited over 40 minutes to order and receive 1 combo meal. Probably would have had better service at chic fil a on a Sunday.

The worst Sonic We just waited 32 minutes for 2 drinks, trapped in line. Pretty typical for this location. Each time it happens, we think benefit of the doubt, maybe they had an off night. They are consistent at least
