First, we went to the Grant Rd location where we ordered shakes through the app. 10 minutes later, a woman came out to our car and told us they didn't have any shakes and couldn't refund our money. So, we went to the Jones Rd location and ordered shakes through the app. Then, an employee came on the speaker and told us they were out of small cups and said I would either have to accept a mini or pay for a medium. Wow, Sonic!

I arrived at this sonic at 2:22, and I placed an order for a foot long coney. I asked for it to be fresh. I was told itll be a 15 minute wait I said thats fine no problem. I was still placing my order when the order taker switched to the car hop besides me. I entered through the drive through, and I let the person I was speaking with know I wasnt done with my order. They were very rude while I was still talking, and said the headset switches from one car hop to the next, and then drive thru. Also it was said my foot long coney would take 15-20 minutes and they asked what else did I want to add. I said nothing due to the fact the customer service was poor, and it was 3 minutes 15 minutes ago. When I gotten to the window there was no greeting or anything just I cant charge you because I have to wait for that temp to drop to 167 and I needed to park and wait 15 minutes plus the temp dropping when I asked why wasnt I told about the temp drop I was told Im not obligated to tell you this entire situation was with the GM CHELSEA. I told her Ill change my order, so I wouldnt hold up the line. She stated she couldnt take orders at the window, and thats what the car hop was for. She walked away & I sat my phone in my cup holder toward facing her, and when she came back to the window after me telling her Ill wait at the window to get my food after me sitting there for 9 minutes she says shes not serving me. I asked her why, and she began to recite the Texas state laws. I asked her what was her reason and she said she has her own reasons. She stated she wouldnt mind giving me any number I needed. I never asked for a number her level of professionalism was just never experienced ever. Especially by a general manager. Going verbatim with a customer, and talking with your hands. I never disrespected her, but only wanted my food. If this is how customers get treated Ill never eat at any sonic. While writing this Im sitting in the drive thru still while she calls the police on me. I pray for this young woman, and this business that have these kind of people working in it. She thought she was being recorded and whole time she wasnt. Im 5 months pregnant I dont argue with anyone or do I have to. I left the drive thru at 2:53. I apologized to the customers whom I held the line up behind since they honked at me while leaving. I sat in the drive thru writing the review. Ive never been treated like that ever. Chelsea should practice acts of kindness or compassion it goes a long way. You dont have to be ugly spirited. She was very nonchalant, adamant, and bold to say she will give me the numbers I need. I let God deal with people. I pray God have as much grace over her. Every customer isnt the same. She also states I knew what took place before I started recording. She was intimidated by thinking she was getting recorded due to how my phone was sitting up.

My 18 month old daughter and I both got food poisoning from this locations burgers. Ive never had an issue with this location other than the fact that they put so much ice in your drink, you cant even get your straw in it. I will be avoiding this location from now on.

Not sure who made my Junior burritos but thank you They were made to perfection also to mention the customer service was great but you can tell that they have a great management team because I watched as the manager on duty was communicating thoroughly to the drive to attend it great job
