Sonic Drive-In

Hands down has been the worst sonic my boyfriend and I have gone to. We live only 5 minutes away and always choose to go to this location because its convenient and finally made the decision to NOT RETURN after today. 8/10 times the order is incorrect and most of the time, we have to return to get it fixed. The wait time takes about 20 minutes or more and the customer service is decent. Our cashier Patricia isnt so welcoming and very rarely have we ever had her be friendly towards us. This location definitely needs to work on improving their staff and customer service. Other than that, the food is delicious. Sonic, please do better.

Ordered two drinks on at 10:55pm through the sonic app. Workers turned all the lights off and left at 11:10 pm even though it says this location closes at midnight. Took my money and never got my order. Dont recommend this location at all.

I would give this no stars the so "Called" manager Patricia and co worker were mocking and making fun of my accent over their mic and got my order wrong so I told them if yall wouldn't be making fun of people and laughing yall would of got it right and they got mad and she admitted to laughing at me started arguing with me raising her voice and all kinds of hand movements.so I asked for my money back and she said I ain't giving you nothing I already charged you for it and would not give me the manager number till I asked 3 times for it and she said tell him whatever I'm still going to be working here

Jalapeno double cheeseburger with bacon is a definite recommendation. Everything was fresh and delicious! This was a classic 5 star sonic experience and it has been that way every time i ever pulled up here. Wish i snapped a pic of my burger and tots but I'll get em next time

I went to order in because it said dining room now open but wasn't. We to drive thru to order just to be told to pull to a stall. Wait time was horrible. Burgers was not prepared correctly. The drinks and tater tots was great and that us what the one star is for.
