Bad really bad customer services. I have more than 5 hours in the emergency pediatric waiting room waiting for a room. They dont care about the patient I never will come back to this hospital again. If I could put a 0 star I would put it. They see you asking for help and they act like you not there

They took over 8hrs for nothing I had to end up leaving because nobody knew nothing, front desk and security dint say anyhthing and acted like they did not care, they will pick and choose who they want to help by race, over all rudeee dont waiste your time coming here if you need help pls go to another hospital that cares about their patients they seen my 4month old daughter in the waiting area because I complaind about their service and they did not check her properly from us getting hit by a car while at our home! All I wanted was X-rays done and had to leave with nothing but pain

My 87 year old grandmother was life flighted there and had to sit in the hallway for almost 24hours. She was told they had a room, but no bed. She was sitting in a bed! Clearly it was a result of a nursing shortage. You should be ashamed of mandating something that does not even work and putting the health of your patients in jeopardy. I will never use your hospital again and will strongly encourage all my friends and family to do the same.
