One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I have worn glasses at least 20 yrs and never broke a pair of glasses. I purchased some glasses 4 months ago. The arm of the glasses just fell off. Went to the office and Wyn stated oh you didn’t buy extra coverage so sorry I can’t do anything but sell you frames 50% off. She didn’t even look at my glasses. Every other place I’ve been to has always taken a look to see if there is anything that could have caused the glasses to get loose etc. Save your money and go to a place where they care about their customers. Took them to another place and they helped me get the arm back on. Update: I had an eye injury and without hesitation I walked in and Dr. K was on it and helped me get my vision restored. He was caring and kind and walked me through the entire process. Very impressed with Dr. K's skill set and ability to even exam my child. Thank you again.

Dr. Khalfe is the best eye doctor I have ever come across and the staff are knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend

Ive been going here a few years. Dr. k is awesome! He is more than just an eye doctor! I was kinda of sad when he wasn’t there for my oldest appointment a few days ago. Ill see him when we go to pick up our glasses. Assuming she is a New assistant because i haven’t seen her before but Madeline answered every dragging question i asked! She was so patient and always smiling. Keep up the good work! 😃

I actually was supposed to go to the location in Katy, but I ended up going to the wrong one. They were able to see me at this location. The Doctor was polite and very informative. Ashley and Wen were helpful and nice . When I declined certain packages I wasn’t asked about it anymore and I appreciated it so much. Amazing service !
