Hands down the best place!!! Staff was awesome, friendly and quick! Dr was AMAZING! Answered all my questions and helped get my vision where in needed to be!! Highly recommend!!

Scheduling an appointment over the phone was quick and easy. I was able to be scheduled for my preferred day and my insurance was accepted here. During my exam, I opted for some of their extra screenings not covered by insurance and noticed they had machines I've not seen before which was really cool. The eye doctor was really thorough and helped me pick out my new glass frames. I felt really informed throughout my visit with her. There are a few things that I feel that can improve on though. The first thing would be the patient intake form. You need to email it back to them or bring it to their office PRIOR to your first visit. They sent it in PDF but I couldn't edit it so I had to do some converting in order to be able to fill out my information. That took time and was inconvenient. I also did not receive an itemized break down of services paid for when I was checking out. I requested this later on and they happily emailed it to me, however I feel it's important for them to provide this information upfront without the patient asking.Lastly - They only offer daily contact lenses here. I don't necessarily think this is a bad thing but it does limit your contact lenses options if you're used to monthly or weekly lenses.

I definitely recommend this place! Dr. Iqbal was very thorough during the examination and was patient in answering all of my questions. For the first time ever, I can wear contacts that dont bother me because she was determined in helping me find the perfect pair for my eyes. Her staff was also very professional and welcoming and they helped me pick out a beautiful pair of glasses!

Vision Comfort is the BEST! Ive gone there twice now for eye exams and the staff is so sweet, friendly and professional. Dr. Iqbal is great at what she does - she is thorough, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I got contact lenses for the first time and Melissa helped me practice putting them in and taking them out. She was so sweet and patient while I tried to navigate this new experience. She made me feel comfortable and gave me many tips along the way. Overall, I had a great experience at Vision Comfort and would totally recommend it for anything and everything eye related!
