Room smelled horrid (like a stale wood musky smell) with dead cockroaches around the kitchen area, small baby roaches running around on the floor and table with adult roaches in the bathroom. I'm not talking one or two... but over a dozen and the top sheets had circular stains on them. Customer service was at least OK so that's why its 2 stars and not one.
The location itself doesn't look great at all but its close to a lot of good places to eat at least. Google maps will usually route you to the motel 6 down the street instead, happened to us and our food delivery.
