I am very unhappy With Dr. Loya the wait is long and you really don't see the doctor I have been trying to get my husband medicine refilled and no one gets back to me

Had PTSD 14 years and Miss Blia H had a student doctor "learnin." I can't take SSRI because it causes sexual problems to the extreme. Was told by Bliah H student that I would die if I didn't take the SSRI meds. Recording everything on my phone in my pocket she's a great doctor. That's sarcasm. She asked me many times about my family and how many members were alive. She couldn't remember every time I told her. She had no empathy or even eye contact while staring at the computer reading off of her list of what she thought PTSD is... Telling me I'm depressed, "which I'm far from"; telling her all the activities I do and that I'm not depressed. She literally was trying to convince me that I'm depressed and if I didn't take her meds I would die. Literally was laughed at by the assistant because my previous psychologist not a psychiatrist used a certain technique to help me with my anxiety problems.. in 15 years I've never seen a doctor laugh at me telling me she sorry that she's laughing at me because of my situation.. I'll make sure Emily Akin gets the recording.... I'd give 0 stars if possible.. Degrading simple minded excuse for docs..

My PCP referred me to this office for an "anxiety evaluation". I was seen by Blia Vang. The visit was pointless really. All she did was ask a quick canned question survey and give me some New sample drug pack (that she didn't know the mid to long term side effects of). She wanted me to visit her every two weeks until she felt it was no loner needed. Lack of compassion, an impersonable attitude and the addition of feeling that she just wanted to bill my insurance every two weeks are the reasons I would never return. Also, my PCP said not to take the samples Vang had given me and how to safely dispose of them.
