National Gas & Electric, LLC

I attempted to switch to National Gas & Electric in March 2022. I received confirmation of my request, but National Gas & Electric cancelled my order without notification. A second request to switch was submitted, but that was also cancelled without notification. I have since called National Gas & Electric 3 times to ask what is happening and why the requests were being cancelled. I have been very friendly each time, but the customer service representatives hang up on me mid-sentence! My current electric company recommended I stay away from this company when I explained what was happening.

These people are a scamming ripoff! They lure you in with a good rate then jack it up sky high a couple months later. I mean like 300%!!! Stay away at all costs!!!!!!!!!

Weird how theres a long list of glowing Google reviews here, when Better Business Bureau has a long list of customer complains that National Gas & Electric is just another ESCO Scam company. They keep calling, multiple times daily. Even numbers on the FCC Do Not Call list thats not going stop them. They know your name, your phone number, and your address. All they need from you is just one more little bit of seemingly innocuous information just your utility bill account number  and the next thing you know youve had your provider switched without your knowledge or permission and now youre paying double or triple for gas and electricity.
