Their customer service will take your breath away. They are prompt with responses, always accessible, and go to bat for their customers whenever there's a power outage. It is truly remarkable. My family and I would give Real Simple Energy 6-stars if Google allowed it.

When we moved to Texas from Washington State we were overwhelmed with the electric company options. Thankfully I found Real Simple Energy after some Google searching. We have been so pleased with their service and rates. We consistently pay lower rates than the people who share on our neighborhood Facebook pages. We trust Real Simple Energy to be upfront, honest and keep the entire complicated, Texas power issue as simple as possible. Sign up and never worry about paying your bill they take care of everything switch to the cheapest company in town and when somebody else drops the rate they switch again best utility company I’ve ever had
