I was involved in a very complicated case of wrongful termination and discrimination against the USPS for being in a preventable accident which it was NOT. He is a very nice guy who genuinely cares for his clients and has their best interests at heart. Most attorneys are not willing to take a Federal case but Mr.Bail was not afraid to fight the big boys. Mr. Bail was the most effective and straight forward when it came down to my case. He always answered any questions I had and made sure I was never left wondering .To say the least, I recommend him for any discriminatory case because he means business and will make sure the outcome is in your favor. I was very pleased with his services . Honest guy too , no sugar coating anything -straight forward !
