Resolution staffing was the first agency I've encountered that right from the start showed they actually cared about my application. Barb contacted me quickly and kept in touch often to touch base with me about the status of my application and dates for interviews. I have never received service like this from any job agency. Many many thanks to Barb and to Jill for their amazing work and assistance. Without their help, I wouldn't have the job in my field that I've been looking for. The process from when I first applied to the initial interview, then to the formal job interview and finally to the job offer was transparent and expedited. I was matched well with my experience, interests and what the job market offered. The materials provided by resolution staffing to prepare me for the job were well explained. The staff were always helpful and provided guidance and clarification both before and after accepting the offer. I'm well satisfied with the service and very much recommend resolution staffing!

Barb and the girls went above and beyond my expectations in securing a job in my line of work. They were very nice and prompt with their emails. The customer service was outstanding especially with their regular check ins to see how things were going. I truly appreciate all their efforts in giving the best experience!

This is my first experience working for a staffing agency so I really didn't know what to expect.
Barbara M. the director and her staff are just fabulous! I was quite surprised as Barbara truly cares about her business and her staff. Questions or concerns are responded to almost immediately and her customer service is impeccable.
An employer such as Resolution Staffing Inc are very few and far between these days when it seems that the bottom line is the only concern. It is clear having such a positive experience, that staff certainly are the priority. So refreshing to be part of such an organization where people matter.
