I highly recommend this place if your looking for quality patches for leather and other jackets. I emailed them with nothing but an idea and half a picture. They responded fast and really embodied my idea much better than I imagined it myself. Shipped two days after we confirmed final design and I received the package within 4 days. Great customer service, I’ll definitely do business with you guys again.

I have enjoyed all interactions I've had. Top-tier response time and order processing has been quick. Each customer service experience has been pleasant. I hand-sew these patches on our product, the patches themselves have been good for the price. Attention to detail is important to me, I'd say about 80% of each order I have had met my standards of sellable. I know it's not feasible to have every patch perfect in bulk ordering but I'd appreciate a higher percentage of cleaner cuts or credit towards future orders for patches that are not sellable. Overall, I have been a happy client and will soon be submiting more drafts.
