Their website loads forever!!!!! I tried to pay my bill online, it doesnt work. I tried to pay my bill on the phone through automated system, it doesnt work. Because of many attempts to pay my bill, I get tired and forget all about it. After which, they start adding overdue fees on top of my bill. If your website and automated phone systems both worked, I would have paid my bill on time. I dont want to sign up for an auto pay. I would like to have a power over my payments. Please fix your outdated systems, pls.

I have been with Tara as a business customer for over 2 years. I signed with them after they promised to refund the exceess amount they charged once I sign up with them for a longer duration. I did that and till date they have not refunded the money. On top recently, they removed my card which was on auto pay and sent me disconnectin notice. This is the last thing a business customer wants. I am so fed up with them, that as soon as my contract is over, I am moving. Their sister company Just Energy is worse. I signed up with them for a house for 3 months and they put me as a customer who has signed for 36 months. I have asked them for recordings and they just dont care. I am compaining to Energy Utility commission about this practice. Both these companies are worst. Stay Away from them. They are very unethical business. This company has guts to come back and write on each review that they are sorry. They will alwyays be sorry and keep taking advantage of their customers..Horrible.

I wouldnt even give it a one star! By far the most un profesional and undertrained employees. Which is literally not the hired employees fault but the poor work ethics of supervisors and owner(s) of this company who lacked severly to really have the compassion to put any effort at all in making sure thier hired on staff had the appropriate knowledge and experience to have a well running customer service base company to serve thier customers professionally well.
