Power Express

Im so disappointed i i liked power express they have good customer service but they sold the company to cirro and customer service is bad i was waiting for 30 min and the bill is more expensive now im going to change the company

Its better to look for another company. I have have credit with them over and its $200 it was a deposit check but they havent refunded back to me.

Very good service through the contract however once our contract ended the customer service was awful. Never received a renewal letter or email. I received a bill grossly over priced and called the support line. The representative told me I needed to sign up for a new plan and emailed me my options. That evening I paid the bill however my electric for no reason was cut off. My family had to spend the night with relatives while I tried to resolve the problem. A representative Jaime Lemus expressed he was sorry for the issues and offered to discount my next bill which never happened. Glad to no longer be a customer. Yikes!

Horrible..have not had a bill less than $340 and thats after the so called $80 bill credit. On Power to Choose I signed up for 5kwh but Im being charged 10. Ill be filing with puct this is ridiculous. Ive never had a bill this high and all they can say is this is the hottest its ever been in Houston.. RUN AWAY

Called 3 consecutive times, was on hold for 5 min each time and machine hung up on me ALL 3 times. How am I supposed to sign up with your service when I have questions that I need answered and your operator gets me disconnected....LOL good luck with that!
